Prerequisite:
Exchange 2007 & AboveView the complete product guide steps that makes easy to use the tool to export files.
Step 1: - Download the Exchange Mailbox Export Tool and Run the downloaded file and home page of software will be shown as shown below. Enter Exchange admin credentials.
Step 2: - View mailbox names & permissions.
Step 3: - Click on Next to proceed further.
Step 4: - Now software will list some option that make export option quite easy and accurate.
Category: - Apply filters to mails, contacts calendars, task, jounals, notes etc.
Step 5: - Select Maintain folder hierarchy & split options
Step 6: - Click on Browse button to specify the location on which you want to save the converted PST file and click on Export option.
Step 7: - Now the software will show the complete detail of database migration.
Step 8: - When exporting process has been completed successfully, you can save the export report.
